Service Receptionist - Lexus of Cool Springs

Lexus of Cool Springs is looking for a full-time Service Receptionist to join our team. We need someone with both a winning attitude and professional appearance. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be able to multitask and adhere to a schedule. PAY RATE $16/HR, $17 AFTER 90 DAYS PAID WEEKLY BENEFITS: Health and dental insurance Closed every Sunday and all major holidays Paid vacation days Paid Lexus training Vehicle reimbursement program IRA match program Christmas club program The job responsibilities are listed below: Greets service customers and determines the nature of their visit. Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customers is waiting, and introduces the customer to the service consultant. Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed. Responsible for assisting customers with loaner vehicles. Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department, or individual, or takes a thorough message in the event that an associate is not available. Schedules service appointments. Understands and follows receptionist processes and procedures. Assists with dealership duties as requested. Exposure to both indoor and outdoor elements, entering and exiting buildings, and transportation mode during all seasons All applicants must be at least 19 years old, and able to pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
