The Apartment Maintenance Technician reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for assisting with the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property. Responsibilities include:

Promptly fulfill customer service requests Perform daily rounds to check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and safety concerns Conduct plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs Prepare and turn over vacant units/suites Maintain grounds and common areas Perform light carpentry, drywall repairs, and touch-up painting Participate in after-hours "on-call" duties as assigned Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of interior and exterior property areas Address safety risks immediately, such as fire alarms and trip hazards Minimum qualifications:

High school diploma HVAC certification Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance Excellent diagnostic skills Strong customer service skills Attention to detail and urgency in completing tasks Ability to follow instructions efficiently Maintain a friendly, professional attitude with prospects, residents, and colleagues Additional information:
