The Apartment Maintenance Technician reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for assisting in the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property. Responsibilities
Fulfill customer service requests promptly Complete daily rounds, checking mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and safety concerns Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs Prepare and turn over vacant units/suites Maintain grounds and common areas Perform light carpentry, drywall repairs, and touch-up painting Take after-hours "on call" duties as assigned Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of interior and exterior of the property Address safety issues promptly (fire alarms, trip hazards, etc.) Qualifications
High school diploma HVAC certification Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance Excellent diagnostic skills Strong customer service skills Attention to detail and urgency in completing tasks Ability to follow instructions efficiently Friendly, professional attitude with prospects, residents, and colleagues Additional Details
