They will perform produce processing, sanitation, safety, and stocking procedures on all fresh produce (fruits, wet vegetables, and dry vegetables) as outlined by the company and directed by the Produce Manager. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage guests upon entering the department. Attend to guest needs and assist in locating items. Maintain flexibility to shift activities based on guest flow. Follow daily work schedules as assigned. Handle produce in accordance with company guidelines for safety, convenience, and value. Prevent spoilage and damage to ensure freshness and quality. Assist with building displays and ensure proper signage and pricing. Perform stocking, wrapping, and cleaning duties as assigned. Perform other duties as required by management. Key Requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, squat, climb, and walk. Lift items weighing up to 60 lbs and reach heights of 4 feet. Ability to read, write, and complete forms. Work in controlled temperatures of 60 degrees for up to 8-10 hours. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Accept supervisory coaching and work well as part of a team. Seniority level
