Job Highlights
Pay: $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift

Responsibilities
Operate manual OD and ID grinders to achieve precise tolerances
Read and use OD and ID micrometers accurately
Dial in machines with indicators within a few thousandths
Grind and handle parts up to 10–12 ft in length
Perform precision grinding work per customer specifications
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety protocols
Requirements
Ability to read English to understand travelers and part drawings
Minimum 1 year of experience operating manual grinders (no CNC)
Skilled using OD/ID micrometers and precision indicators
Ability to operate jib or overhead cranes
High school diploma or GED required for trainee‑level candidates
Trainees must complete at least 4 weeks of in‑house training before working independently
Trainees may purchase required hand tools through the company with weekly payroll deductions
