CNC Grinder & ID/OD Grinder

ARCH Cutting Tools is looking for an experienced CNC Grinder/Machinist to join our team. Day 1 benefits and competitive pay. Opportunity for advancement into a Team Leader for the right person. Summary Operate various CNC Grinders and manual Grinding Machines Troubleshoot any issues that come through your department Set up, operate, and maintain various grinding machines, including surface grinding, OD, and Bryant ID grinding. Supervise and train as needed, escalating serious situations to the Plant Supervisor. Work as a leader in your department to champion projects and questions. Report various metrics as needed. Be a "coach" for your group while also working as an all-star CNC Grinder, taking on complicated but rewarding work.
