Job Title: Senior Roofing and Siding Technician
Pay Range: $28–$36+ per hour, depending on experience (Full-Time, Monday-Friday + Overtime Potential)

Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using shingles, metal, tile, and more.
Perform siding installation and repairs (vinyl, wood, and fiber cement).
Execute trim carpentry tasks and caulking to ensure weatherproof finishes.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to follow project specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and Oaks Inc standards.
Work professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction with services performed.
Travel to various project sites as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing, siding, and general construction.
Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy.
Proficiency with hand and power tools used in roofing/siding applications.
Familiarity with construction schematics and trim carpentry techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to plumb and align structures correctly during installations.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
