Job Summary Mission Critical and MEP experience is preferred, must have some form of commercial or electrical modeling. Daily work will consist of providing daily and weekly goals, designing in Revit, creating families to make 3D modeling, and clash detection to identify conflicts in the system. This position is mostly design type work, has its own engineering team. This is an onsite position with no flexibility for hybrid or remote work.

Pay Range $28-$32 per hour
Responsibilities
Work with the Lead Modeler/Supervisor in developing Revit Families for revised standards or specific project needs.
Efficiently model and document the project.
Perform layout and input from field details into Revit in accordance with REI Standards.
Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope.
Setup of Revit views, view templates, and filters following Rosendin Standards.
Document progress of assigned work following project standards.
Acknowledge any/all REI confidentiality and/or Non-Disclosure requirements; protect Proprietary or Company Intellectual Property.
Follow REI BIM processes, procedures, and standards including workflow processes.
Read 2D plans, electronically or hard copy, including one-lines, lighting schedules, panel schedules, and feeder schedules.
Knowledge of industry standard software including BlueBeam, Autodesk Cloud products, and NavisWorks.
Import documents such as spreadsheets, photos, images, and word processing files into Revit projects.
Type, proofread, and spell check work without supervision.
Work within Revit work sharing environments and coordinate 3D with other trades.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities as necessary.
Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Demonstrate strong, solution-oriented oral and written communication skills; be self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
Interact effectively with all levels of employees, including management and staff.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Revit with the ability to create and manipulate views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, and filters.
Ability to give verbal and written direction and translate that into constructible design documents.
Ability to follow REI BIM processes, procedures, and standards.
Ability to read 2D plans and schedules as noted above.
Experience with BlueBeam, Autodesk Cloud products, and NavisWorks.
Self-management, effective time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
