Maintenance Assistant. Job Category: Maintenance. Location: Seneca Health Care Center | West Seneca, NY. Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time options. Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks (painting, flooring, lighting, etc.). Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents and staff. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Assist with facility upgrades and special projects as needed. Qualifications
Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar role preferred. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits
