About the Role

The Golf Sales Trainee (GST) role is an entry point into ourCustomer Service team with a clear path toward future opportunities in Sales. Yourprimaryobjectivewill be to create raving fans among our customers byassisting them with product selection, order placement, and general inquiries. A strong passion for the game of golf is essential forsuccess in this role. What You'll Do

Deliver Friendly, Personalized Support: Engagewith customers via phone, chat, and email to answer questions, resolve issues,and assist with placing orders. ·

Champion the Golfer: Share feedback,document interactions, and help improve internal processes to better serve ourcustomers. ·

Drive Sales Growth: Support consumersales initiatives, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to revenuegoals. ·

Stay Solutions-Focused: Approachevery interaction with optimism, empathy, and a drive to find the best outcomefor the customer. ·

Build Toward Sales Development: Learnthe ins and outs of our products, systems, and customer base to prepare forfuture roles in Sales Development and Custom Logo Sales. What We're Looking For
