Job Description We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Laredo, United States location. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and account management Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information Identify and elevate priority issues when necessary Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer service software Previous customer service experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are a plus Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
