Job Description As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you are often the first person to welcome and interface with Domino’s customers. Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality are essential to success in this role. You must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Dynamic image standards – you are the face of the brand!
Responsibilities
Greet customers enthusiastically and take orders with a smile.
Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, and complete associated paperwork.
Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle comfortably.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers, meet strict quality control standards, and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
Physical Requirements
Stay standing for the majority of the shift in a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces.
Walk, crouch, squat, stoop, bend, and use stairs as needed.
Lift, carry, and stack items weighing up to 50 pounds, sometimes using a hand truck.
Push and pull trays on dollies, requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
Use hand–eye coordination for shaping dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and manipulating product packaging.
Perform repetitive tasks, including reaching, touching, using hands continuously, and maneuvering equipment.
Qualifications
16 years of age and older.
Must pass a background check.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are a plus.
Remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Additional Information
Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, and analyze and compile data.
