$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr Must have 5 years of experience in utilities and storm drainage. This job requires the ability to read plans and set up and read survey layout. The employee must have a clean driving record. The projects are located in VA, TN and KY and some travel will be required. Must have a good understanding of different types of pipe and required fittings. Must have knowledge of local requirements and the ability to read specs and understand them.
