Vogel Disposal Service offers employees the following benefits: Full-time employment with potential overtime. Employees are paid hourly plus time and one-half for overtime hours. Variable work weeks, from 5-8 hour days to 4-10 hour days. Health, Eye, Dental, Life, AD&D, and short-term disability insurance after a waiting period. Company-provided uniforms after the waiting period, if applicable. Paid Time Off (PTO) after the waiting period. Participation in the 401(k) plan with company contributions after the waiting period. All potential employees must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical (if applicable) before starting employment and are subject to ongoing drug testing as per company policy. CDL Class A Drivers
Ohio Valley Waste Service Inc. is seeking qualified Class A CDL drivers for local daily routes, with home every night. Essential Responsibilities:
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle. Safely operate a commercial vehicle according to work rules and laws. Transport municipal waste or recyclables from transfer stations to disposal facilities. Maintain courteous interactions with customers. Minimum Qualifications:
Possess a valid Class A CDL. Pass a DOT medical exam and drug screen. Maintain both CDL and DOT medical card in good standing. Subject to yearly MVR checks. Pass a road test during hiring. Provide own safety-approved work boots. Uniforms provided after probation. Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb; frequent pushing/pulling.
