Provide outcome-based solutions for physician referral sources and existing patient populations. Submit new orders and monitor their completion, from initiation to setup, working closely with clinical, sales, and service departments. Prepare and analyze billing and setup paperwork for patient services. Collaborate with patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting patient information and analyzing customer needs. Participate actively in training new customer service and sales personnel.
