O\'Reilly Auto Parts . The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

Follow and promote all company customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot). Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise. Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed and directed. Complete assigned company training relevant to the position. Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by answering calls according to policy, looking up parts and quoting prices, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, accept payments, make change, and process credit card transactions. Process exchanges and returns for credit in accordance with company policies. Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner. Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, and related tasks. Perform daily operational tasks such as preparing merchandise returns to the distribution center, assisting with stock adjustments, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after required training and company requirements are met. Perform in-store services (where state and local laws allow) such as installing wipers, testing and charging batteries, testing charging systems, scanning vehicle trouble codes, and replacing headlight capsules. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when business needs dictate (driving record must meet company requirements). All other duties as assigned. Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities

Required:

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service. Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously. Desired

Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service. ASE certification. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
