Apartment Make Ready Technician | MAA Kirkwood
Join MAA as an Apartment Make Ready Technician and help keep our units ready for new residents. You will perform general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order.
Responsibilities:
Prepare apartment homes for move‑in including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Manage deadlines and maintain high quality standards while working independently.
Qualifications:
Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.
