Marine Travelift is the parent company of Shuttlelift, a line of industrial cranes used in a variety of lifting applications and industries.
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI – Full-time Utility Workers are needed for 1st and 2nd shift teams.
Shift Schedule
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (half‑day)
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM (3‑day weekend)
Job Description
As a Utility Worker, you will perform a range of manual labor tasks to support the shop floor operations, including maintaining equipment, assisting with paint preparation, light mechanical assembly, and ground maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the shop floor, including sweeping and trash removal
Maintain exterior areas by picking up trash, moving empty pallets with a forklift, and light snow removal
Provide general labor support to the assembly and paint teams as well as help in the Warehouse
Maintain logs and records of tasks completed and report any issues that may arise
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements / We will ask you to…
Be dependable with a strong work ethic
Be able to work in extreme weather conditions
Have the ability to operate a forklift (training provided by MTI)
Have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for the entire shift
Be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
Lift up to 50 pounds
