We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team in Levittown, PA, supporting seniors in their homes. This role requires working 12-hour shifts (day or night). Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and have a heart for serving the elderly with patience and respect. Key Responsibilities
Assist seniors with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage engagement in daily activities Follow individualized care plans and accurately document all services provided Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Maintain open communication with the care team and client\'s family Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience working with seniors in a DCW, HHA, CNA, or similar role Reliable and verifiable professional references are required Ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently (day or night) Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to senior care Must pass background checks, TB test, and physical exam Reliable transportation is preferred What We Offer
