About The Role We’re looking for a Parts Advisor who thrives on keeping things moving. In this role, you’ll be the go-to for getting the right parts into the right hands—quickly and accurately. From helping customers at the counter to supporting technicians and managing inventory, your work keeps our shop efficient and our customers happy. What You’ll Do
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right parts and accessories
Receive and process inventory accurately and efficiently
Deliver parts to customers and technicians
Provide prompt, helpful service at the parts counter
Support technicians by supplying parts quickly to reduce equipment downtime
Maintain a clean, organized parts area for easy access and efficient work
Perform inventory checks and place customer and technician orders as needed
Work closely with the service team to support seamless customer experiences
Work with other locations within the district to meet district parts goals
Assist the District Parts Manager in developing new team members
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certification in parts management is a plus)
Five+ years in multi-vendor parts lookup and ordering experience. Material handling experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with inventory systems and parts cataloging
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Positive attitude and strong team orientation
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
Willingness to travel occasionally within the district to support the district parts team
Ability to assist in training new team members
