Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Position Summary This role supports Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Center (TBC) as a Team Member, Expert, Techie, Owner, and Talent Ambassador. The Advisor will provide safe, efficient customer service, maintain inventory and equipment, assist members with purchasing decisions, and model Walmart’s core values.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with teammates to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, and service standards.
Use point‑of‑sale systems and both phone and in‑person selling techniques. Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales and improve service experience.
Track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory and audit compliance.
Report safety hazards, product complaints, and work‑area issues, completing required documentation such as logs and paperwork.
Assist members with purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and maintain high‑quality service and product standards.
Collaborate with managers and coworkers to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and communicate progress.
Promote a culture of belonging, teamwork, and integrity, aligning with Walmart’s values.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver's license.
Minimum age 18 years.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in auto service industry or retail.
