What You'll Bring Candidates should possess the ability to:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Produce Manager, provide customer service and assist customers.
Clean, fill, and rotate perishable (produce) displays.
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, standing, and kneeling as required by the job.
Maintain a fast-paced store environment with attention to safety and visual standards.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic PC/Outlook skills are a plus.
Retail management certificate is a plus.
