Community Supports Professional
to work within our
Catholic Charities Disabilities Services
agency. As a
Community Supports Professional , you would be responsible for: Providing direct services in the home and/or a community setting to individuals with a developmental disability. Working one-to-one with people with disabilities on goals that increase their independence, such as healthy living, socialization skills, money management, and more through community events and exploration. Contributing to a positive living environment and enhancing the quality of life for the individual being supported. Community Supports Professional
Minimum Salary: $16.35/hour Community Supports Professional
Maximum Salary: $16.35/hour Community Supports Professional
Schedule: Flexible (full-time or part-time) Qualifications: Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed). High School diploma or GED. Smart Phone and/or Tablet is required for electronic record keeping. Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance. Retirement planning options.
