in Tucson, AZ. The role delivers high‑level customer service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks.

Essential Job Functions

Promote customer service programs (Hi‑5, Low‑Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Rock the Lot, etc.).

Greet walk‑in customers, assist with merchandise selection, and handle professional customers with installers.

Complete company training and respond to customer calls, providing accurate parts lookup, quotes, and premium recommendations.

Maintain the cash drawer, accept cash or checks, make accurate change, and process credit card transactions.

Process exchanges and returns, address complaints, and update planograms (freight receipt, stocking, facing, cleaning).

Prepare merchandise returns for shipment, assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and operate brake lathe and other store equipment after training.

Perform in‑store services (wiper install, battery test, charging system test, code scan, headlight replacement) where allowed by state and local laws.

Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, Abilities

Quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

Provide outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.

Multitask handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously.

Desired

Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly Index system, and automotive sales or service.

ASE certification.

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
