Role Overview: Provides tire and battery services, sales, and support to Sam's Club members, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities • Be a Team Member – collaborate with associates, educate on tools, mentor new technicians, and communicate safety protocols.
• Be an Expert – demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire/battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, POS systems, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie – utilize digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and keep staff engaged.
• Be an Owner – track supplies, process transactions, maintain inventory, handle paperwork, and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador – advocate for member experience, train team members, and promote a respectful, supportive culture.
• Conduct daily duties with integrity, ethics, and transparency, supporting Walmart's commitment to a regenerative future.
Qualifications • Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications • Auto service industry experience.
• Retail experience.
Compensation Base pay: $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr.
Additional compensation: Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific conditions (schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
