Responsibilities Complete endorsements with carriers at request of account managers or executives. Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, and other miscellaneous proof of coverage documents. Create new business submissions and send to market. Create miscellaneous Acord forms as requested by account manage or executive. Create and process premium finance contracts. Meets service standards for volume, timeliness, and quality. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Property & Casualty License. A sense of urgency in all actions due to the time restraints incumbent to insurance and customer need. Experience using Vertafore/AMS360 or similar Agency Management System. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Perform a large number of steps in complex system with accuracy and speed.

Preferred Skills Be able to communicate verbally and in writing to explain complex issues and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately. Aptitude and desire to learn commercial insurance coverage and multiple new systems and processes. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
