Join the Leading Cleaning & Maintenance Team in South West Florida!
Position: Commercial Cleaning & Light Maintenance (Part-Time, Day Hours)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, during the day
Pay Rate: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: W-2 Employee (we handle taxes — no 1099)

What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in English communication
Valid Florida driver’s license and dependable transportation
Smartphone with data plan and GPS capability
Attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to follow instructions
Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for entire shifts—walking, bending, reaching, and other physical tasks
Demonstrated work ethic and responsibility through your education or work history
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to quality and reliability
Ability to pass a background check
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors
Emptying trash and disposal
Dusting, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces
Restocking restrooms and kitchens with supplies
Managing and restocking cleaning supplies and warehouse inventory
Performing minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and replacing ceiling tiles
Following all safety and company procedures
We Provide:
PPE for your safety
All necessary cleaning equipment (no need to carry your own)
On-the-job and site-specific training
Scheduled cleaning assignments
Support and supervision
