We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Facility Maintenance Cleaner
to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping our facility clean, safe, and well-maintained for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and maintain restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, reporting repairs, or minor touch-ups.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used, maintained, and stored.
Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or damages immediately.
Qualifications
Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, reaching) throughout the shift.
Reliable and punctual.
Schedule & Pay
Part-time position (flexible hours, evenings).
Approx. 10-20 hours per week.
Work Environment This role is based in a facility environment and requires consistent movement and hands-on tasks.
