Exceptional Family Resources is a not-for-profit agency and a leader in providing quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Direct support professional (DSP) positions work independently in people's homes and in the community - teaching life skills, participating in recreation activities, providing job coaching, supporting families, and more importantly, truly making a difference in a person's life. Valid NYS driver's license and a reliable vehicle required for most positions. All new hires must complete a five hour initial training online; the training rate is $16.50/hour.
