Survey CAD Technician

to work on diverse projects with varying sizes and scopes. You will enjoy a flexible work environment, a positive culture, and a national presence. We seek candidates interested in becoming subject matter experts in land development, renewable energy, and construction projects. Resourceful Support:

Support design staff by guiding drafting practices and procedures. CAD Proficiency:

Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments according to Atwell’s standards. Drawing Production:

Create project-specific drawings, including ALTA surveys, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, and construction layouts and staking. Survey Data Analysis:

Review survey data to assess site conditions, legal descriptions, easements, and related documents. Plan Modification:

Edit and revise plans based on agency, municipal, and client revisions, following directives accurately. Workflow Coordination:

Communicate with Project Managers and Team Leaders about workflow status to meet project goals. Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience Experience with Trimble Business Center (preferred) High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred Understanding of ALTA surveys, topography, boundaries, and construction staking Pay Range: $30 - $42 USD Atwell Benefits:
