
American Ring is recruiting a Full Time Order Entry Clerk who is organized, efficient, and able to work on a team.
Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr
Schedule Monday-Friday- Dayshift
Location In-Person, Solon, Ohio
Responsibilities
Enter all sales orders into ERP system (Business Central)
Daily data entry and management of orders; including coordination of special requests, ship dates, packaging requirements, order confirmations and customer quality requirements.
Answer phones and emails.
Coordinate with Purchasing Department to maintain inventory levels and communicate customer demand changes.
Work with Outside Sales team to resolve outstanding issues, including pricing and inventory conflicts, changes in delivery information and other problems that arise.
Notify Quality Control Department of customer blueprint changes, RMA's, PPAP or certification requests.
Coordinate customer packaging requirements with Production Department.
Requisites
Proficient with data entry into ERP system.
Customer Service Experience.
Demonstrates the ability to understand technical data.
Experience with ASNs, data entry and shipping logistics.
Ability to work in loud environments.
2+ years of major work experience in similar position or degree is preferred
Expected to maintain a 99.65% success rate on orders entered.
Independent thinker & accepting of criticism.
Calm under pressure.
Willingness to accept training.
Ability be flexible and adapt to changing job and customer requirements.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit and work on computer for up to 8 hours a day.
