Role Summary:
Our Long Island location is one of 33 Regional Offices and several Branch Offices located across the continental United States. The Sales Support Representative will report to the Regional Office Head and join a dedicated team of sales support representatives who are all full of energy and enthusiasm and are highly driven to succeed.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Support Representative (SSR) will provide high level support for our Field Offices’ clients and participants. The SSR will play a major role in coordinating ongoing service and sales needs in offices outlined by the Executive Vice President representing the respective region.
Involved with securing and coordinating follow up on new and potential Automatic Enrollment Clients as part of the overall company objectives
Handle inbound enrollment calls, allocation questions and rollovers. These calls generate an opportunity to establish a positive connection with our representatives
Regular contact quarterly or semi-annually via telephone with clients ranked 50-100 to schedule group education and annual client review meetings as needed
Assisting new client (takeovers) and existing client enrollment meetings as directed by the local Regional Vice President or Executive Field Vice President covering the region
Regular outbound courtesy phone and email contact with Tier 1 and other key participants. For Tier 1’s that express interest in FCS Services, meetings can be coordinated or the follow up on completion of the Fact Finder should be promoted
Outbound call activity with Participants who have defaulted into plans during takeover or auto enrollment
Coordination of pre-retirement workshops with PAR and Regional Financial Consultant.
Other job responsibilities would include CMS maintenance, application processing, meeting announcements and sign-up sheets for on-site education meetings
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of financial services experience
General business acumen with strong motivation and communicative skills
Must be flexible for occasional overnight travel within the region
Active FINRA Series 6, 63 and SIE or must obtain within 180 days of employment
Active State Life and Health Insurance License (in all states covered) required or obtained within 180 days of employment
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of corporate/group retirement plans (403(b), 401(k) and 457 plans)

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
Base Salary Range:
$50,000- $65,000
