Senior Administrative Assistant .

Responsibilities

Provide executive‑level support for senior leadership, including preparing briefings, data, and preparatory materials for senior‑level meetings.

Develop and manage a monthly roadmap and annual strategy for leadership engagements, aligning with strategic guidance and organizational goals.

Draft and edit executive correspondence, synthesizing information into polished, accurate, and timely deliverables for leadership.

Create and maintain directorate‑level reports, communications, and business documentation such as overviews, year‑in‑review summaries, and activity reports.

Coordinate and facilitate leadership engagements, including meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, forums, and protocol events.

Manage task tracking and formal actions through enterprise systems, ensuring responses adhere to organizational standards and are completed on time.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required

Active TS/SCI + Polygraph

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience providing executive‑level administrative support in government, military, or large‑scale corporate settings

Proven ability to create high‑quality documentation and presentations tailored to diverse audiences

Demonstrated experience managing task‑tracking systems and synthesizing complex information for executive audiences

Reports to Chantilly up to full‑time, based upon the needs of the client

Desired Qualifications

Proactive interest in learning new skills and engaging new challenges

Strong customer service skills with interest in proactively anticipating and addressing client needs

Familiarity with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community (IC) structure, processes, and procedures

Expertise in managing and utilizing task‑tracking systems such as TIER or equivalent platforms

Experience supporting leadership in protocol management for distinguished visitors, VIP visits, or high‑level engagements

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for managing data, reports, and collaborative workflows
