Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Help customers shop and find what they’re looking for. Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.
Major Activities
Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions; meet sales and production goals.
Complete framing orders with quality and timeliness.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas, including SISO and replenishment.
Provide friendly customer service, assist in shopping and product location, and ensure a well-stocked store.
Follow SOPs and support shrink and safety programs.
Interact respectfully with others, promote a positive image, and serve as a role model.
Participate in truck unloading and stocking, ensuring standards are met.
Operate cash register and handle transactions according to standards.
Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and offer solutions.
Assist with Omni-channel processes.
Other Duties As Assigned Minimum Experience Requirements
Basic computer and measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
Preferred Experience
Retail experience.
Experience selling products/services to customers.
Physical Requirements
Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Stand for long periods.
Lift heavy boxes/frames; access high shelves with ladders.
Contact supervisor for accommodations if needed.
Work Environment
Public retail setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and a frame shop with glass cutter and heat press.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
