Store - LI-MANHASSET, NY
Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for. Provide a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.
Major Activities
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions, aiming to meet sales and production goals.
Complete framing orders with high quality and timeliness.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Replenishment.
Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in finding products, and ensure the store is well merchandised and stocked.
Follow SOPs and company programs, support shrink and safety initiatives.
Interact respectfully with others, remain positive, promote company values, and serve as a role model.
Participate in truck unload and stocking processes, ensuring standards are met within budget.
Operate cash register and handle transactions according to standards.
Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
Assist with Omni-channel processes.
Other Duties As Assigned Minimum Experience Requirements
Basic computer and measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
Preferred Experience
Retail experience.
Experience in selling products or services to customers.
Physical Requirements
Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Ability to move throughout the store and stand for long periods.
Lifting heavy boxes and frames, accessing high shelves with ladders.
Work Environment
Public retail store with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work and stockroom environments.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Applicants must meet legal requirements. Salary range: $17.50 - $20.60/hour.
