Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Provide a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone Bake cookies to perfection & scoop ice cream Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately without shortages or overages Maintain cleanliness by cleaning and sanitizing the bakery Desired Skills and Experience:
Prior customer service experience - preferred Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Ambitious nature Great communication and organizational skills Must be 18 years or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States About Us:
