Job Title: Showroom Coordinator / Receptionist
Position Type: Full-Time / Onsite
Base Pay Range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Schedule: 5 times a week, during office hours
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Set up showroom for meetings. Prepare coffee for guests. Order lunch for meetings. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Data entry. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Update calendars and schedule meetings. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Perform related duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES
Wholesale industry experience is a plus. Efficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Flexible and fast‑paced. Ability to coordinate and maintain several projects simultaneously. Demonstrated initiative and interest in being a self‑starter. Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be resourceful. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
