Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed. Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and to solve and support guest needs. Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs. Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity for a guest-ready floor. Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Support price change processes with best practices, including signing execution. Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests. Support fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service to the sales floor throughout the day. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with compliance to laws. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs. Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target. All other duties based on business needs. What We Are Looking For

Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members. Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed. Effective communication skills; able to work independently or with a team and resolve guest questions quickly. Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within established timeframes. Physical and Scheduling Requirements
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Climb ladders when required. Move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally (without assistance). Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required. Work in varying temperatures and environments; stay mobile for the shift duration.
