Overview
Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.25 USD per hour Target is seeking a Style Consultant who focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and drive sales. Responsibilities
Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed. Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; support guests accordingly. Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs. Set visual presentations and following visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity. Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Support price changes and clearance merchandising with appropriate signage. Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests. Support fulfillment and guest needs by processing items from the fitting room and guest service back to the sales floor as needed. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws and policies. Greet guests, assist with tasks, solve guest needs, and thank them for choosing to shop with Target. All other duties based on business needs. What We Are Looking For

Training is provided; basic skills expected include: Interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates Ability to use handheld scanners and other technology Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or with a team Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Additional basics we expect: accurately handle cash operations; climb ladders; move merchandise safely (up to 15 pounds frequently, up to 44 pounds occasionally); flexible schedule; able to work in varying temperatures; stay mobile during shifts.
