The role involves supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet Membership goals. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift safety, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and outcomes; and adapts to change and feedback. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by applying related action plans and following the Open Door Policy; respects individuals and fosters a culture of belonging. Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, supporting Walmart values, and holding oneself and others accountable. Delivers customer-focused results and makes decisions based on reliable information, balancing short- and long-term priorities and considering impact on the team and stakeholders. Strives for excellence by staying curious, taking calculated risks, driving continuous improvement, and supporting others through change.
