Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and promotional signing; stay knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed. Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; solve problems and support guests accordingly. Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs. Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability and full floor readiness through priority fills and merchandising to capacity. Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as they sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Support price changes and signing for clearance merchandising. Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests. Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services to the sales floor. Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up with compliance to laws and policies. Greet guests, engage to solve needs, and thank guests for shopping at Target. Ability to communicate via multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed. Effective communication and ability to work both independently and in a team. Ability to stay focused, multi-task, and resolve guest questions quickly. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/move merchandise as required (up to 44 pounds with assistance as needed). Additional Basics
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Climb ladders and move merchandise safely; ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance. Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile during shift length. Benefits
