Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
Assist customers in understanding menu items and clarify their questions
Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
Package and send out fast, warm, and correct delivery orders
Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills and Experience:
Customer service experience preferred
Personable, genuine, and outgoing personality
Ambitious and motivated
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 or older
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legal eligibility to work in the United States
