About the Position: Our client, a highly-respected midsize Chicago law firm, is seeking a real estate lawyer to join as a junior-level associate in its commercial real estate practice. This highly-regarded practice represents a sophisticated client base across the U.S. with commercial real estate transactions and this role offers the opportunity to gain strong hands-on experience in a collegial work environment.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial properties

Assist with representing institutions and investors in financing transactions for real estate acquisitions and refinancings, and with purchasing and selling real estate assets

Required Qualifications:

1-4 years of real estate transactional experience

Real estate finance and/or leasing experience is a plus

Strong academic credentials from a top law school

Large law firm experience preferred

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $205,000 – $225,000.
