As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Akron store located at
367 South Main St. Akron, OH 44308 , you are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and you bake our Warm and Delicious cookies. Responsibilities
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone Bake our cookies to perfection and offer a scoop of ice cream when appropriate Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred) Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Customer service oriented with a willingness to exceed guest expectations Strong communication, organizational and math skills Must be able to lift up to 40 lb Must be 18 years or older to be employed Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States Perks & Benefits
