Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedures
Assist customers with menu questions and ensure order accuracy
Provide a warm customer experience with a smile, in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
Ensure fast, warm, and accurate delivery orders are packaged and sent out
Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills & Experience:
Previous customer service experience (preferred)
Personable, genuine, outgoing personality
Ambitious and motivated
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 or older
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
