Additional responsibilities include: Greeting guests promptly and taking their orders Helping customers understand menu items and ensuring order accuracy Providing a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone Baking cookies and scooping ice cream Ensuring orders are packaged and delivered quickly and correctly Handling cash and payments accurately Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery Desired skills & experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred) Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Customer service focus with a willingness to exceed guest expectations Good communication, organizational, and math skills Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes Must be 18 or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
