WHAT YOU'LL DO: Greet guests and take orders promptly Assist customers with menu questions and order accuracy Provide a warm customer experience in person and over the phone Bake cookies and scoop ice cream Ensure orders are packaged correctly and delivered promptly Handle cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred) Personable, outgoing, and genuine personality Customer-focused with a desire to exceed expectations Strong communication, organizational, and math skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Must be 18 or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
