The
Kitchen Line Cook
position involves: Following established recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Properly using and maintaining all station equipment. Preparing, cooking, and plating food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner. Performing basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, adhering to quality standards and food safety regulations. Assisting with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas. Carrying out additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers.
