Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and take orders according to procedure
Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream
Package and send out fast, warm, correct delivery orders
Handle cash and payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills and Experience:
Prior customer service experience (preferred)
Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
Ambitious and motivated
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 years or older
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the United States
