Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Create a warm, friendly experience with a smile in person & over the phone Bake cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and caring for the bakery DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in customer service (preferred) Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Ambitious and motivated Strong communication and organizational skills Must be 18 years or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States About Us:
